iPhone 6 customized to look like iPhone 7 with Apple logo

Hi,

I've seen on the market iPhones 6 that have been customized to look like iPhones 7. There are lots of people selling these on eBay, but is this legal to replace housings that contain Apple logo? I'm thinking about converting my iPhone 6 to iPhone 7. If I'll bring it to an Apple store will I have any problems? Will Apple investige this? What I can say in this case?

If they inspect the iPhone with the noticeably modified housing they will void the warranty by noting it down on their database.
