Proximity sensor works but not the front camera and earpiece

I replaced a broken screen and now proximity sensor works but not the front camera and earpiece.

Everything worked on my broken screen.

Tried with a new flex cable front camera assembly and a new ear piece and it does the same thing.

Put old earpiece with new flex cable and vice-versa but nothing work.

The question is why the proximity sensor works and not the camera and earpiece if they are all on the same connector?

So everything worked before the fix but afterwards, neither the replacement flex (which came with the replacement screen) nor the original flex (which you transferred) work...is that correct? In that case, I would check the condition of the connector as well as the surrounding components on the logic board. The connector may be damaged or have debris that impedes a good connection or there may be some tiny components that were accidentally pried off.

The replacement flex comes from another store, it did not come with the replacement screen. But other than that yes you have it right.

I checked the connectors several times and blew air with a can for electronics.

It seems ok.

and it snaps well when i plug it.

Do you know why the proximity sensors of both flex work and front cam and earpiece don't. Isn't it supposed to be on the same connector or is the proximity sensor use another contact?

The front camera flex definitely has the connector for the earpiece speaker and has the proximity sensor on it.

I have replaced it a few times to fix proximity sensor physically snapped but haven't done it one for earpiece speaker yet as I've never damaged a front camera flex like that.
