When I power it on it freezes and displays only a question mark (a flashing question mark) Can anyone please help me with this, I tried starting in safe mode but no help

What year model is this computer? There are some issues with some of the Hard Drive Cables which could also be your problem here.

See if you can read off the systems serial number on the bottom cover and plug it into here: EveryMac - Lookup. Then paste the systems URL here for us to see.

Thanks Dan I didn't even think about them possibly not knowing what year model they bought. Thats not sarcasm either.

What year model is this computer? There are some issues with some of the Hard Drive Cables which could also be your problem here. — Daniel Mason
