connection issues on firestick
my firestick just says unable to contact our servers ?

I updated software to latest version. That finally worked for me after trying everything else.

Try to reconfigure the WiFi settings in the stick.

My firestick is doing the same just stopped connecting to the internet. I’ve tried connecting with ups not. Just says network error. I’ve tried restoring to factory setting but it still won’t connect. Every other internet device in the house is working. I’ve even contacted my internet provider and there’s no problem there. It’s worked for months and then just stopped connecting ?
Have you adjusted the firewall settings on your modem? I just did it recently and haven't had an issue in two weeks.

have you contacted Amazon support to verify their servers for that service is currently functional?

Gives a message " Internet Connection Error. We're unable to connect to Amazon Video. Please verify your device's Internet connection PLR_PRS_CALL_FAILED". Internet seems to work Ok. On Firestick settings the Internet is shown as working correctly and so is it working on my computer.
