cannot get intosproutcubby. states Sprout has it blocked.

George, check this out. I believe that it is sold in 'your' country.
Also look at the OPs ID. Another clue perhaps. Hopefully you weren't being facetious.

Are you asking about a Sprout Channel Cubby tablet or an Ematic tablet?
If it is about the Sprout Cubby:
Are you connected to the WiFi network OK?
Are you in parent mode or child mode?
Have you tried to reset the tablet by using an opened paper clip to press the reset button on the back of the tablet?
