mi computadora no hace nada

cuando prendo mi computadora prende normal pero después que ya llega a la pantalla de inicio me manda un mensaje de que falta algo en la memoria pero quiero usar el internet o el audio y no agarran esta muy lenta y ya desactive el modo avion
