vertical white line on vtr or camcorder

my Sony CCD-TR75E camcorder has not been used for several years . I've now powered it up and all I see through viewfinder is a vertical white line whether on vtr or camcorder

@scfc1If those only show up in the viewfinder it is possible that you have a bad LCD if those show up on the video itself you may have a sensor issue.
