Very simple. Hold down the power button until your phone/tablet restarts. Easy peezy lemon squeezy!

Not in all cases some phone require you to remove the battery , some tablets require you to reboot from the recovery screen where it says reboot normally. There are some that require you to wipe your cache partition. not always so Easy peezy lemon squeezy @pccheese . This is why I asked what we were dealing with;-{)
Mmm. I see. You see, I mostly deal with nexuses so pure android doesn't do that kind of stuff.
