Dryer Wont stay lit

I have replaced the coils, the igniter, high limit, thermistor, fuse terminal, and the cut off tml, .

The unit lites and starts getting hot then the coils close and then about 2 minutes later they re-lite and run anout 1 to 2 minutes and shut off. This continues thru the whole cycle . The close are still moist not wet but also not dry. I have also replaced the circuit board. I need some help.
