How do I turn on my computer without the power button?
My model is the A1493 and I have tried finding the power pads or the pins 5 and 6 but I have no idea where they are.

Stanley Cheng this is the location for your power-on pads. The keyboard pin you are looking for is 5, not 6. The way your board is located in your images it will be the fifth pins from the right.

Your method for the power pads didn't work. Where are the pins located? I can't find them on my logic board
Stanley Cheng remember that this will all only work if there are no other issues with your computer/logic board. Why are you trying to start it with the power button? What is going on with your MBP that you are doing it this way? What pins are you looking for? The keyboard pins? You'll have to add an image of the keyboard connector. Remember that I stated in my original answer that pin 5 is the 5th pin from the right side the way your board is oriented in your images.
Just plug it in. If it doesn't detect a power button it will turn on automatically. However, if you turn it off you will not be able to turn it back on again until you unplug the battery and plug it back in. You will be able to restart it, but not shut it off. If it dies you will have to unplug the battery again to get it to turn on.

How do I unplug the battery and plug it back in?
open the back and pull the connector on the logic board
Can you locate the connector? Sorry I'm kinda IT illiterate

A1493 is not your model but it could be the battery for your model. Your model could be a MacBook Pro 13” Retina A1502, which uses that battery.
