There are 3 blue dots on iPhone 6 screen after Battery Replacement

Apparently, this is called a pressure mark... How do I remove it? It's kinda irritating being on my display.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Please check if the battery has any damage and has some points. Sometimes batteries can have several points that gives the screen pressure marks. If the damage is still there after battery replacement or control (That you have checked and there are no points/damage) You are going to replace the LCD to get rid of the marks.

yeah the battery cable is pushing up and the adhesive strips are too. I tried to fix it, but it's way to nerve wracking... I can't risk breaking my phone. I think I am just gonna deal with it.
