Phone not charging at all!

Grace Silvas , Hold the power and the volume down button and see if it turns on. If this does not do it sometimes a factory reset could fix this issue(instructions for factory reset link below, you will lose all stored data by doing this). Still won't turn on or charge, there may be an issue with the battery or charging port. Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue also look in the port for any bent pins and straighten very carefully with a tooth pick. Test the battery in another phone if able or check with a DVOM to see if any charge. If battery seems OK, the charging port may be the issue and if not replace battery.
