Why does my radio come on volume all the way up when I start my nissan

when I start my 2011 nissan juke the radio comes on with volume turned all the way up then turns down by itself. navigation screen and radio screen stays white no buttons work at all

Assuming you can eventually press the buttons at some point: See page 4-6, "Speed Volume". Set this to 0 to disable the feature. Could be that when you first crank the car, it is "adjusting" for a higher speed even though the car isn't moving. Once the car realizes it isn't moving, it automatically adjusts the volume back down to normal settings. Also, see page 4-34 (middle column) for instructions on "To change the Speed Sensitive Volume".

If you are unable to control the radio/navigation at any time, then you may need to replace the head unit.
