naparace55 in theory it is possible to replace the display. However, they are not easy to come by and sometimes they cost more than a new TV. What you want to do is to look at the label on the panel, not the TV and do a search with the panel number. you may find a supplier. If not consider places like ebay, craigslist etc,. See if you can purchase a set that is broken other than the LCD and use that, to harvest the screen from.
