Why my phone is lock on only emergency calls?
i cant receive an make calls and the whatsapp is out...

peter_2475 , If the screen is locked, you can only make emergency calls when the screen locked. You can also check with your service provider. Also check go into your network settings in case they were changed some how and change to appropriate setting and try. Good luck. Can you give us a little more detail? What solutions have you already tried? Have you tried turning it off and back on again? Are other apps not working or is it just the one? Have you checked with your service provider regarding your service? ect. We'll be able to help you more once we know exactly what you're experiencing.
