Lacie Thunderbolt Rugged hard drive swap with Seagate 2.5inch 15mm hdd

Mind me asking..i got Lacie Rugged Thunderbolt USB 3.0 .i was thinking to swap/change /upgrade the internal hdd in that external with Seagate Momentus ST4000LM016 4 TB 5400RPM 2.5" SATA Hard Drive 15mm...is it possible?
