My phone keep turning off by itself, and sometimes it turns off and I have to wait few mins before I'm able to turn it on again. I also did restart my phone and deleted all the apps, but it did no good because my phone start to turn off again by itself and it also start to freeze.:'(

Does it do this when it is connected to the charger? If not perhaps the battery is starting to fail.
How old is the phone?
If it less than 12 months old, then it will still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
To make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement, first verify the purchase date on the sales receipt or proof or purchase document for the phone to ensure that the warranty period is still valid and then consult the warranty statement in the documentation that came with the phone, as to what to do to make a claim. If you cannot find the information, search online for Alcatel Pixi 4 warranty for your country.
