Did you have the phone apart, if you did why and what was changed/repaired, more info would help, is there plastic attached to it as if it were broken off case.
I had stripped the phone to repair the screen and power button, this part dropped from the power button area, definitely not broke off all the edges are neat, the pop plastic forms prongs within the metal, thanks
