''as i tried to replace my iphone 6s+,it lost its touch id......even after trying to replace with other screens it failed me...the original screen also failed to touch..i think my problem is that i never disconnected the battery first..... how can i repair it?

I think now you should contact with Apple support.

Apple will only offer a out of warranty replacement in exchange for that phone. Which will cost usually half the price of a iPhone.
Note that all iPhone replacements are refurbished iPhones.

yeah.....i gues the problem emerged from the touch connector since the original screen was touching before now it is not

Turn the phone off and on / unplug battery. If that does not work then I'm afraid you may have damaged the home button cable.
