Straight Talk is not Tracfone. Tracfone owns them but is not them. They are two different networks.
Tracfone rebrands their service and software as "Straight Talk" and only sells it in Walmart stores. However the network is one and the same. They both are MVNOs using the AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon footprints.
