Options

C8645 is a 4.7UF capacitor, 20% tolerance, rated at 6.3V. Casing is 0402. This is on a voltage line responsible for the GPU.

Try to find an X6S component, the rest of the specs are fine. X6S is usually more temperature resistant than X5R, which is important since the capacitor is very near to the GPU.
