Replacement Disc Drive Auto Feed Not Working

i replaced my disc drive because my old one would barely read discs it only loaded 3 or 4 so i bought a replacement disc drive of off ebay but the auto feed wont work i have to manually put discs in and take them out and i have to restart my ps4 for them to load also wen i turn on my ps4 the disc drive starts trying to load a disc even though there is no disc in there and wen it gets to the home screen it says unrecognised disc but no disc is in there and i've tried everything i can think off to fix the problem anyone have any surgestions ?
