Hi,

If wanting to connect the Sony SRS-X3 to a stereo system for example, simply connect a stereo audio cable with the appropriate plugs between the stereo's headphone socket and the Sony SRS-X3 3.5mm Aux input socket. (3.5mm plug at one end for the Sony and whatever type and size of plug that suits the headphone socket at the other end, usually it is either a 6.5mm stereo plug or a 3.5mm stereo plug)

This should work. Be aware that the Bluetooth connection will be cut off when you plug into the Sony's Aux input socket and the stereo's speakers will also be cut off by plugging into the stereo's headphone socket.

Always connect from the headphone socket in whatever source that you are using, e.g. TV, stereo amplifier, Home Theatre system etc. This way you will not be applying too much power to the input of the Sony speaker.
