I don't think this can be fixed without reflashing the BIOS. I'm really not sure how to do this with a corrupted BIOS. Your best bet would be to take it to a repair shop or figure out some way to DIY it. Although, it may work if you reset the CMOS. There should be 2 or 3 pins on your motherboard that will be labeled PASSWORD, CLR_CMOS, CMOS, CLR or PSSWRD. Try shorting these pins with some sort of jumper and see if that helps. I'm sorry I couldn't explain better.

Update: I did some looking around and found the info needed to reset the BIOS. You can find it here. http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/e...

Also I have already been to that link it is informative however its not very specific on the location of the jumpers

Your device is not POSTing. This basically means it's not powering on. Also, I feel stupid for asking this, but is it a laptop? Because images I've seen depict it as a laptop. I was working with the impression that it was a laptop.

Hey there are no stupid questions but yes it is a laptop

I can't afford to take it to a shop also my ego can't accept the fact I can't figure it out I'm still a newbie so when I tried to flash the bios I most likely done something wrong

Hi,

According to the service manual the LED error code Flash - On - On gives the following result (click on Diagnostics > LED Error codes)

Description:

System board error

Next Step

1. Reseat the processor.

2. Replace the system board.

3. Replace the processor.

Alternatively, you may hopefully have the option of restoring the BIOS by using the BIOS recovery header pins. Here is a link that describes what to do. It may not be applicable to your computer but it doesn't hurt to look.
