This is what I have for most of the Panasonic TV's (need your model number to be more specific)
If any of the SUB or MAIN voltages that are highlighted on the DG Board is missing, the unit goes into shutdown. The power LED blinks ten times.
If any of the voltages created on the PA Board is excessive or shorted, the unit goes into shut-down. The power LED blinks ten times.
You do want to remove the back of your TV after you unplug it and make sure you clean uop and dust and debris around the fans (depending on the model), then double check all off your boards for any obvious signs of damage. Focus on domed or leaking capacitors. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. For that use this guide
