A very common issue with all printers is the rubber pinch rollers loose their grip from the paper dust so I would start off by carefully cleaning the rollers with cotton swabs (Q-Tips) and isopropyl alcohol. You may want to use a small paint brush to scrub down the parts and a can of can'ed air to blow the dust away. Just be careful you don't snag a part with the brush pulling it off.

Start there and let us know how it goes.
