Location Unavailable when trying to access docs

I went on my laptop and then tried to open my documents to access and Excel/Word doc and it says "Location unvailable"

Have you tried browsing to the folders with the documents you are trying to open? What operating system are you using?

Hello Warren

  1. If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box.
  2. In the run box type %userprofile% and then click OK

If this doesn't work try this

  1. If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box.
  2. In the run box type C:\users and then click OK.

This should open a windows with a list of profiles on the computer. Double click on your user profile and you should then see your document folder.
