My lens is stuck or jammed in the closed position. Is there a fix?

I have an AX660 that has lens that will not open. It is as if it is jammed or stuck. It may have been dropped. I have tried clearing any small debris around the lens by using a small flat-head screwdriver and by blowing compressed air into it, and all that was done to no avail. Any suggestions on how to fix my lens (even if it means disassembling the camera) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

But be careful and have rubber gloves on (it amy be shocking). I’m trying to fix same problem with my J30 old camera but all the black tape and grounding making it quite difficult to remove the lens safely.
