iPhone wont start after replacing cover

Hi there, today i replaced the "back cover" on my iphone 3g, but then when I try to turn it ON it starts normally and after about 10 seconds it shuts down and won't start again. Then I have unplug it from the battery, assamble again and it turns ON and again OFF after 10 seconds.

Any idea what i might done wrong!

it sounds like a power problem , either connection for battery isn't good-recheck the prongs to the battery haven't been flattened ,contacts are clean and that screws above battery are in correctly. also check connector no4 is clean and undamaged and seated properly.

Thank you, I'm gonna check this. I'm not sure if all screws are on the position they was before I opened the device. I also lost two screws could this be a problem!

Only if they're the ones holding your battery through the motherboard! The ones near sticker don't remove.....

Hmm, I checked srews and conectors, seams fine...

Any other idea what might be going wrong.

Like I said I have to remove the battery connection to power it ON again, and after 10 or 15 seconds it cuts off power.

if you have a very good friend you could try swapping motherboards , or you could replace the battery.

otherwise I think maybe you have damaged something on the bottom right of the motherboard whilst you were removing the motherboard (easy done-the antenna prong can be tricky) You can look with a magnifying glass for any fractures to the gold wiring/motherboard and attempt a solder "jump" to make it work.
