Hard drive not showing up - spinning and lights on using Sabrent

One of my very old laptops (5+years since last powered on) - I removed the toshiba hdd2h24 mk2555gsx hard drive and was trying to use a sabrent to connect it to my desktop PC (windows 10). The HD lights up and spins, but it does not show up in my computer or disk management. any suggestions? Thank you
