The ring around face of gear 2

Ring around face of Gear 2 came off? Looks like there used to be pegs holding it on. Thought about glue but obviously, then it wouldn't rotate. Can you purchase just the ring?

Disclaimer: I've never ordered from either place, so cannot speak to their reputability. At the very least it seems that you can just buy the ring.
