If you still have the manual, it should layout the part number. With the part number you should be able to have the manufacturer mail it to you for free. If you purchased from ikea, go to their returns area and they have spare parts on hand.

There was no manual :/, it came with the desk stuff and 1 piece of paper with instructions on how to install it. There was info for the other 2 screws but not for that one. I also bought this from Amazon, not ikea.

That's the ur for the desk I bough, if you find the screw could you tell me if there is Anywhere I could possible purchase these 3 screws because I need them fast and the seller ants me to wait 2 weeks :/

If so, I would take that clearer picture, the part the screw fits in, and the install 'manual' to a home improvement store. They will likely be able to find the correct dimensions for you immediately.
