Wont connect to remote

Brand new x5sw 1 wont connect to remote I have 2 x5sw and the new one when drone and remote are on act nothing like my outhers as far as flashing lights so im lost as far as weather the problem is the remote or the drone

no i'm not when I turn it on the lights flash slowly and dont change when i turn remote on the green light comes on soled dos not change when I calibrate nothing changes no beep no nothing it all stays the same
