Searching for Factory reset information

I have a Casio Previa piano PX-750 in new condition that won't start up. Been that way for almost two years now. The power light flashes for an instant but that's all. The company wasn't any help other than to send it back for repair. Any ideas? Is there a factory reset that you know of? It seems that every model has its own formula. I've seen online sequences for some models but not mine...

Thans in advance for any suggestions. Darryl

Much appreciated. Process of elimination is a good way to solve a problem. I'll see if I can figure out the power supply problem. Thanks.

darryl that does not sound like a firmware issue but more like a power supply issue. For a factory reset try to hold the function button while pressing one of the two upper most keys on the keyboard

Well, I reckon I should have written you two years ago and saved myself a lot of anguish. As you suggested, it was the power supply. I ordered a new one on Amazon and... Bingo, back in business. Thanks so much !
