Why does itunes refuse to restore factory settings on my iPod?
i formatted my ipod classic now itunes cannot restore it to its original factory settings please help

Are you getting any errors? Is iTunes and the iPod software up to date? Have you tried using a different cord? Please let me know so I can help you better.
