Hown do I change bride belts on model 059307034508. Mower will barely pull on a hill

OPcarroll Dunn , Page 32 of the manual shows driven by a rubber drive wheel, which could be worn or oil on drive plate letting it slip, may need cleaned or replaced. Link to your manual below and a couple other links that may help. Good luck.
