@legs that serial number comes back as a 80 series washer. The problem with your washer sound like it does not drain. Since it does not drain it will also not spin. check the lid switch to make sure that is working properly. After that you will have to check the drain pump and see if that is working and clean of any debris.
If you need to post plenty of images of your washer so we can see what you see. Remember that we also need to see the bottom of it etc. So a bit of a PITA but it migh help us to assist you. Use this guide to add images.

It spins but it will not drain. It will go through the cycles however it will not drain the water from the machine.
