I reformat my mobile but after doing that phone storage damage

If the phone is showing a problem after formatting I would format again as it may not have completed properly. I'm assuming you mean a factory reset ? As for the SD card , can it be read elsewhere in another device ? Was it in the phone when you formatted it ? Is there information on it you want to keep . If there is back it up on a computer and reformat the SD card but before doing that format the phone again then try the card . BTW its always a good idea to remove SD and SIM cards before restoring a phone or tablet . Hope this helps
