Try checking if the SIM card is missing or dislodged.

Have you tried another SIM card? If a different SIM card still doesn't work, you likely will need to replace/repair the SIM card reader.

It reconizes the sim card just won't reconize the network... Checked with network and everything is ok...

Power the s5 off, then on, while the Samsung logo is displayed press and hold the volume down key until the phone is on. Now the s5 will be in Safe Mode instead of Emergency Mode. After doing so turn the phone back off and see if it will exit emergency mode. If that solution doesn't work then it might be a hardware problem. Remove the back cover of your Galaxy S5 and then remove the battery. Remove the Sim card and see if the gold pins of the card slot are damaged. If not, check the gold part of the card. If it is heavily scratched then the card is broken and it will not work. You may need to buy another one.

If your current SIM card works in another phone, then there is likely something wrong with the phone. Does it read micro SD cards? The micro SD card and the SIM card are in the same area. Likely if one failed, both failed.

same as emergency call mode

Thanks, brilliant answer. All ok now. Why did it happen? Did I do something by accident to get the "no SIM " problem?
