hello how are you? short answer is yes the screen can be fixed. Any device that can be built can theoretically be fixed.
the longer answer is though if you can find the parts, how difficult is the repair and whether or not frankly is it worth it. If you can find a replacement screen then I/you could realistically fix it. but will the screen cost nearly as much as just getting a new one?
