iPhone 3GS grounding screws

Hi,I was just wondering if the iPhone has any grounding screws inside. My iPhone is missing a screw on the most bottom left of the logic board. Will this effect my phone in any way?

you should only have a problem if you have lost the screws on bottom right near do not remove sticker as these help with battery contact with motherboard. the bottom left helps to keep board still and therefore stabilise dock connector.
