Who Repairs these units?
My gps unit in my 2009 Lincoln MKZ does not operate. Don't know name of manufacturer or model number.Can you help me?

Normally OEM head units are customized by the manufacturer. Ford / Lincoln likely had Sony or similar make a custom unit. Going through the dealer likely will be expensive. It may be cheaper to just buy a working one off of Ebay or a modern 3rd party unit that fits made by Kenwood or Pioneer.
