How can I fix my phone?

my Samsung galaxy express prime phone had this green line at the bottom of my screen and my screen doesnt work but i get calls and text but i cannot answer them. PLEASE HELP!

You may need to replace lcd and digitizer. Try find parts on ebay or aliexpress
