dont remember Supervisor password

hi,

i don't remember supervisor password on my lenovo T430. this password prompts immediatly after power on and has a hard drive sign.

There's An Hardware Solution for this problem By connecting 2 Side of IC* in the Motherboard But Its Danger and i Don't request it
