What piece would that be?

Hey guys,

My MacBook Pro 15" mid 2009 screen is making me mad 'cause the screen closes too easily, so I can't hold it on any other angle than the regular or the upper top case closes.

I have disassembled it all and might have found the problem: it's a little piece that holds the screen, and it may have gone old and bad function.

They are two, one for each side.

Someone know what piece is this, it's name? I'll try to find a new one.
