iPhone disabled need to connect to iTunes wants a passcode entered on

My iPhone 4 is disabled need to connect to iTunes so I can reset my phone but iTunes wants the passcode entered on the phone before it will do anything. I can't enter the passcode until I un-disable the phone. Help please

Do you have a back up on your computer?

Once your device is disabled you can no longer back up.

Your device is in Disabled mode:

As your computer and iPhone don't have trust relationship (hence the "enter your passcode" prompt in iTunes) It sounds like you'll need to put your phone into Recovery mode and restore it from your most recent backup. That's pretty easy to do - see the last section of this page from Apple:
