Dog chewed it up

So my friend found a ps Vita that was chewed up by a dog in pretty bad shape. Anyway is there anywhere i can buy the parts to fix it myself or someone I can send it to or what just go get a new one?

Here is a link to the ifixit guide(s) on how to repair your PS Vita. These should assist you in disassembling the device and checking the condition of the individual parts.

To get parts, just search places like Ebay etc., to check and see if the particular part is available and that the price suits you.
