I suppose you could check on http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f631/app... to see the layout of the logic board with the components showing and all available data-sheets listed. It may help you to identify this on your phone. I would think that Mouser, Jameco or a search on Google could help you find a supplier. As in soldering it onto the board, you better have a lot of patience, perfect soldering skills, know how to reflow the board if necessary and perfect equipment like microscopes etc...I would not attempt to resolder a microchip of any kind but best of luck to you and let us know how you are doing with it.

He is right on the noise. Attempting to service the logic board is not time and cost effective. Just replace the battery, Dock and see if this helps. Might save you a big headache.
Spot on again!
Thank you very much for your great answer...
I tried everything and was about to spend much money for a professional repair.
So i only changed the battery and put together the iphone again.
So i tried a last time to switch it on and tried to charge the battery.
And see there the phone was on and it charged again, like there was magic.
I think the new battery needed some time with the logic board?!
So thanks for your answers and best wishes
