How do I get pass the Google verification after factory reset?

The phone I replaced the screen on wiped it's memory and factory reset itself for some random unauthorized reason while in limbo (screen black) and now I can't get past Google verification and the customer doesn't remember their Google email or the password. Please help! The device is a galaxy note 5

Have the customer go gmail.com and do a password reset wizard otherwise welcome to BrickCity
