How to change the chip NAND

My nintendo fell to the ground, and because of that it does not work properly, but, the console gives life signals when you connect it to the mains. So I decided to buy another nintendo dsi (that was the model that fell me) to be able to remove this console NAND chip and replace it with my old nintendo. Someone could help me.

Have you looked at the tear down guide if you exchange the whole logic board from Step 16 that should be easy to do. But if you want to get the Nand chip of then you would need special solder ecuipment to do it.

Actually, a full NAND chip replacement is impossible due to the per-console encryption applied to it. You would have to transplant not only the NAND, but also the CPU.
